कार्यक्रम या किसी भी paid service को शुरू करने से पहले Student/Candidate तथा उनके Parents/Legal Guardian को संबंधित Service, Programme, Fees, Payment Terms, Refundable एवं Non-Refundable Charges, Kapisthal Education की जिम्मेदारियाँ, Student/Candidate एवं Parents की जिम्मेदारियाँ, आवश्यक documents, applicable terms & conditions तथा अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी लिखित रूप में उपलब्ध कराई जाती है।
Kapisthal Education द्वारा ली जाने वाली प्रत्येक applicable fee और उसके संबंध में Refundable अथवा Non-Refundable nature, यदि कोई हो, Agreement में स्पष्ट रूप से दर्ज की जाती है। किसी भी third-party fee, Government/Embassy fee, Examination fee, University/Institution fee अथवा अन्य बाहरी शुल्क के संबंध में भी, जहाँ लागू हो, उसके applicable terms और refund conditions को स्पष्ट किया जाता है।
Student/Candidate तथा उनके Parents/Legal Guardian को कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने या किसी service को लेने से पहले प्रश्न पूछने, संबंधित terms को समझने, आवश्यक clarification प्राप्त करने तथा Agreement को पढ़कर अपनी स्वेच्छा से सहमति देने का अवसर दिया जाता है।
जहाँ आवश्यक हो, Kapisthal Education द्वारा physical counselling के माध्यम से programme/service की जानकारी, प्रक्रिया, संभावित requirements, responsibilities तथा applicable terms समझाए जाते हैं। Student/Candidate तथा Parents/Legal Guardian की सहमति के बाद ही संबंधित Agreement पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाते हैं।
हमारा उद्देश्य प्रत्येक Student/Candidate तथा उनके Parents/Legal Guardian के साथ पारदर्शिता, स्पष्टता और लिखित सहमति के आधार पर कार्य करना है, ताकि services, fees, responsibilities, refund conditions और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण terms के संबंध में भविष्य में किसी प्रकार की गलतफहमी, विवाद, धोखाधड़ी अथवा अनुचित representation की संभावना को यथासंभव कम किया जा सके।
Kapisthal Education किसी भी Student/Candidate या उनके Parents/Legal Guardian से महत्वपूर्ण terms छिपाने, गलत जानकारी देने अथवा किसी misleading representation के आधार पर service लेने के पक्ष में नहीं है।
अंततः, Student/Candidate तथा Parents/Legal Guardian द्वारा signed Agreement में दर्ज terms ही संबंधित service के लिए लागू contractual terms माने जाएंगे, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

- सेवाओं की प्रकृति

- Candidate Selection एवं Contract
किसी Candidate का Selection, Admission, Ausbildung/Training Contract, Employment Contract, Salary, Working Conditions, Training Terms तथा अन्य Contractual Terms का अंतिम निर्णय संबंधित German Employer, Training Provider, Educational Institution अथवा अन्य competent authority द्वारा लिया जाता है।
Kapisthal Education किसी third party की ओर से final selection अथवा contractual terms निर्धारित नहीं करता।
- Visa एवं Immigration
Visa, immigration, residence permit अथवा अन्य immigration-related decision संबंधित Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority अथवा अन्य Competent Government Authority के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आता है।
Kapisthal Education किसी Candidate के Visa Approval, Immigration Decision अथवा Permanent Residence (PR) की कोई guarantee या assurance नहीं देता।
- Eligibility एवं Final Decision
Website पर उपलब्ध programme/course/opportunity से संबंधित जानकारी सामान्य guidance के उद्देश्य से दी जाती है। प्रत्येक Candidate की eligibility, documents, language proficiency, academic qualifications, age, availability तथा अन्य requirements अलग-अलग हो सकती हैं।
अंतिम eligibility, selection और admission संबंधित institution/employer/authority के applicable rules और final decision के अधीन होंगे।
- Fees एवं Refund
Kapisthal Education द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली services के लिए लागू fees, payment terms, refundable एवं non-refundable charges तथा refund conditions Student/Candidate एवं, जहाँ लागू हो, उनके Parents/Legal Guardian के साथ किए गए लिखित Service Agreement में स्पष्ट रूप से दर्ज किए जाते हैं।
किसी University, Institution, Examination Authority, Embassy, Government Authority, Insurance Company, Travel Service Provider अथवा अन्य third party को दिए गए charges के refund उनके संबंधित terms and conditions के अधीन होंगे।
- Written Agreement एवं Transparency
Kapisthal Education अपने द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली paid services के संबंध में Student/Candidate तथा, जहाँ लागू हो, उनके Parents/Legal Guardian के साथ लिखित Service Agreement/Agreement करता है।

Programme/service शुरू करने से पहले Student/Candidate तथा उनके Parents/Legal Guardian को संबंधित terms को समझने, आवश्यक clarification प्राप्त करने तथा अपनी सहमति देने का अवसर दिया जाता है।
- Physical Counselling एवं Mutual Consent
जहाँ applicable हो, programme/service को join करने से पहले physical counselling के माध्यम से Student/Candidate तथा उनके Parents/Legal Guardian को संबंधित service, process, requirements, responsibilities, fees और applicable terms समझाए जाते हैं।
किसी paid service/programme में आगे बढ़ने से पहले संबंधित parties की स्वैच्छिक एवं सूचित सहमति (informed consent) प्राप्त की जाती है और applicable written agreement पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाते हैं।
- Transparency एवं Student Protection
Kapisthal Education का उद्देश्य Students/Candidates एवं उनके Parents/Legal Guardians के साथ पारदर्शिता, स्पष्टता और लिखित सहमति के आधार पर कार्य करना है, ताकि services, fees, responsibilities, refund conditions एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण terms के संबंध में गलतफहमी, विवाद, misleading representation, धोखाधड़ी अथवा अनुचित व्यवहार की संभावना को यथासंभव कम किया जा सके।
- No Guarantee
Kapisthal Education किसी Candidate के:
Admission, Selection, Ausbildung/Training Contract, Employment/Job, Salary, Visa Approval, Immigration Decision अथवा PR की कोई guaranteed outcome का दावा नहीं करता, जब तक किसी specific written agreement में किसी ऐसी बात की स्पष्ट और वैध contractual commitment न हो।
सभी opportunities संबंधित eligibility criteria, availability, selection process और संबंधित institution/employer/competent authority के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन हैं।
- Government/Institutional Affiliation
